Mr. Ikeler brings more than 30 years of senior level experience in establishing, growing and managing entrepreneurial divisions within an institutional framework. He has worked with premier U.S. and international companies, including private equity firms, public & private operating companies, and real estate services providers. His experience includes executive roles with Oliver Carr Company, London & Leeds, and Security Capital Group. Prior to joining Penzance, Mr. Ikeler served as one of Jones Lang LaSalle’s six national practice leaders, where he sourced and structured complex financings with capitalized values in excess of $2.2 billion. Mr. Ikeler earned an MBA from Harvard University and completed supplemental coursework in real estate and taxation law from the Harvard Law School. He earned a BA in economics and geography from Bucknell University.
