Ms. Mullins has responsibility for asset and property management of Penzance third party fee management business. Ms. Mullins has over 30 years of asset and property management experience. Prior to joining Penzance, she was Vice President of Property Management for Cafritz Company. During her career, she worked in senior level positions for Cushman & Wakefield, Savage-Fogerty, Jefferson Management and National Housing Partnership. Major management assignments have included start-up of three office buildings totaling 1 million square feet; a $20 million building renovation; a $10 million tenant renovation; an HVAC retrofit from boiler to electric heat; full building window replacement; and lobby renovations. Ms. Mullins has earned her CPM from the Institute of Real Estate Management and her CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute. She received her BS in Management from National Louis University.
