Mr. Pacinelli is responsible for the leasing of the 2 million square foot Penzance portfolio for which he has succeeded in maintaining a percentage occupancy rate in the mid to upper 90’s. Prior to joining Penzance, Mr. Pacinelli was a member of Glenborough Realty Trust, Inc., where, as Director of Leasing, he was responsible for the generation of rental income from the 1.0 million square foot Washington, D.C. metropolitan area office portfolio. His expertise in implementing creative asset strategies, combined with his lease negotiation skills and understanding of tenant construction and property management, led to substantial increases in the portfolio’s occupancy rate during his tenure. At CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Pacinelli represented Fortune 500 companies, as well as divisions of the US Government, in meeting domestic and international real estate requirements. Mr. Pacinelli received his BA in Political Science from American University.
