As Director of Asset Management, Mr. Linson has responsibility for maximizing the value of the portfolio by developing strategic plans for each investment. Prior to joining Penzance, he was Senior Director of Development Asset Management at The Mills Corporation. His responsibilities there included evaluating project feasibilities, monitoring the entitlement process, tracking construction costs, and negotiating partnership agreements. Before Mills, Mr. Linson worked for the PG&E National Energy Group, serving as primary finance department contact for development projects and at PaineWebber as an associate in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Mr. Linson received his BBA in Accounting from Loyola College in Maryland and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago.
