LINDA M. COGBURN

SENIOR DIRECTOR, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Ms. Cogburn oversees property management for the Penzance portfolio, including supervision of the property management and engineering teams, and maintaining and developing relationships with tenants and investment partners.  Prior to joining Penzance, Ms. Cogburn served as Vice President, Property Management and Operations for Monday Properties where she was responsible for the Washington, DC area portfolio consisting of over 4 million square feet.  Previously, Ms. Cogburn served as Managing Director of the Washington, DC region for Equity Office Properties Trust where she was responsible for more than 7 million square feet of office space in Washington, DC, Crystal City and Fairfax, VA.  Ms. Cogburn has served as Board Member of the Rosslyn BID, Capitol Riverfront BID and Crystal City BID.
